For an assignment in Moving Images (IAT 344), I created a short video that showcased my talent as an artist. The film focuses on my ink-based landscape illustration skills and aims to convey the peaceful mindset instilled through creation.

The video combines footage of myself against a green screen, self-recorded footage of the illustration, as well as footage and ambient nature sounds that I recorded on location of the Habitat Island park in False Creek. The Habitat Island footage showcases a variety of common camera movements used in film.

The final video was created in After Effects, and incorporates green screen editing, a "write-on" text reveal effect, and "ink reveal" effects. The audio was edited in Audition to remove noise.
